Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Cared Board (BLMK ICB) is reviewing how primary care services are delivered looking at where there are opportunities to streamline and integrate services to improve the experience for our residents, improve quality of care and outcomes, reduce inequalities, improve access, and ensure value for money. To achieve these outcomes, we want to engage with residents to understand how they use these services, what is important and what would make a difference to them.
